Annual Document of April 5, 2011

This annual document (the „Annual Document“) relating to the publication of information of  WestLB AG („Issuer“) in accordance with Article 10 of the Directive 2003/71 of the European Parliament and the Council of November 4, 2003 and the national transpositions in the respective Securities Prospectus Acts in the Federal Republic of Germany (§10 German Securities Prospectus Act. WpPG) and in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg (Art. 14 of the Law on Prospectuses for Securities) covers the period from January 1, 2010 to December 31, 2010 for the Federal Republic of Germany and, notwithstanding this, for the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg the period of 12 months preceding the publication of the WestLB AG Annual Report 2010 on April 5, 2011.
