Alexander Stuhlmann Appointed New Chairman of WestLB AG
Chairman Dr. Thomas R. Fischer and CRO Dr. Matthijs van den Adel Leave the Bank
Alexander Stuhlmann has been appointed the new Chairman of the Managing Board of WestLB AG until realignment of the Bank. He was appointed to this position by the Supervisory Board at an extraordinary meeting of the Supervisory Board held today. Dr. Thomas R. Fischer, the existing Chairman of the Managing Board, and Dr. Matthijs van den Adel, Chief Risk Officer and Employee Relations Director of WestLB, were dismissed by the Supervisory Board.
