WestLB and SEPA
WestLB is fully committed to SEPA. Since 2006 we are already participating pro-actively in pilot projects at the interbank clearing level. In addition, we are one of the first banks to test and adjust the future customer-bank relationship under SEPA parameters. As a plenary member of the EPC (European Payments Council), our head of BU Transaction Services, Steffen Kowalski, is instrumental in the development and implementation of SEPA.
In addition, we have formed a SEPA task force to focus exclusively on SEPA. Its members analyse and answer any new questions and issues arising in this field.
This way we support our customers and partners as we all move towards the integrated payments market.
