German Engineering and automotive suppliers are on the fast track of recovery.
Companies have reported exceptional sales and earnings growth in recent months
and further sequential growth seems likely for the coming quarters.
Production is leaner than ever, capacity utilisation is back at pre-crisis level,
automation is becoming a prominent issue for most companies and value creation
shifts further to suppliers.
It currently seems like a best case scenario for the German engineering and
automotive suppliers industry.
- Will this scenario continue into and beyond 2012?
- Are companies able to exceed pre-crisis earnings level?
- What are major corporate and general economic risks?
At our Sector Day 'Best of German Engineering', we would like to address these
issues and implications for selected engineering and automotive supplier companies.
